A Halloween range built from published series
The catalogue carries 2278 costume styles across 44 series, covering witches, vampires, skeletons, pirates, superheroes, animals, cartoon characters and historical looks. Each series groups a theme, and every style has its own item number, so a shortlist can move straight into an RFQ.
A programme can draw from several series at once when the assortment needs different themes for one season, one price band or one retail format.
Adult and kids programmes
Adult looks sit across the themed series, while the boys' and girls' series add 346 kids styles. Size grading, measurements and trims for children's ranges are confirmed against the size chart you work to, so fit matches the market the range is sold into.
Adult and kids styles can share one project when a buyer plans a family assortment, with size ratios and packaging agreed in the brief.
How production is organised
The team coordinates design support, CAD, pattern making, cutting, final inspection and packing. Printing and sewing can be completed by partner workshops according to the order requirements.
Before packing, garments are inspected against the approved sample. Items that do not meet the agreed specification are corrected or reworked, then re-inspected before shipment.
What to include in a manufacturing brief
Artwork or a reference image, the size run you work to, packaging requirements and an estimated quantity are enough to start a quotation. Sampling then confirms materials, trims, construction and measurements before bulk production is scheduled.
